Committed Leaders
Sean Kaley 
President/Chief Executive Officer
Sean began his career in credit unions over 20 years ago as 
a teller and has worked his way up through various roles, 
including Loan Officer, Financial Services Supervisor, VP, Risk 
Management, and EVP/Chief Operations Officer.  He joined 
Kauai FCU in 2018 and became President/CEO in June 2024.  
Sean takes pride in having contributed to the success of three 
credit unions.  He believes in the credit union movement 
and the good that we do for members and the community.  
He serves as the Treasurer for Hale Opio Kaua‘i and Niumalu 
Canoe Club.  He is an avid paddler and lives on Kaua‘i with his 
daughter, Nai'a, and son, Leo.
Sajid Siddiqi 
Chief Financial Officer
Sajid leads strategic financial and capital planning, 
asset and liability management, commercial lending 
and investment strategy for Kaua‘i FCU, bringing deep 
experience in leadership roles with global financial services 
companies including Wells Fargo, PNC, AIG and Prudential. 
Sajid is married to Saima (who is also a banker), father to 
Natalia and Mekyle, and a board member at Namahana 
Education Foundation. 
Nikki Ige 
Chief Lending & Impact Officer
Nikki's role focuses on strengthening the financial resilience 
of those living and working on Kaua‘i. With experience 
across lending, risk management, technology, and executive 
leadership, she is known for a practical, steady approach and 
a respect for responsible, financial decision‑making. Nikki 
works to expand access to resources that help local families 
and businesses stabilize and grow over time. A trusted 
community partner and board leader, she leads with humility 
and a belief that strong institutions are built through service 
and consistency. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and 
discovering good food, appreciating the simple pleasure of 
new places and experiences.
Ruth Wright   
Chief Accounting and Risk Officer
Ruth Wright has served Kaua‘i FCU for six years, managing 
accounting, financial reporting and the compliance 
management program. Prior to joining Kaua‘i FCU, she 
worked in public accounting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers 
in the Audit practice for 12 years.
